We recently conducted our annual customer survey and have been delighted by the feedback received. In particular, when asked if they would recommend fleXipod to an industry peer, every single respondent gave a positive answer with over 79% saying they were highly likely to. This made us want to find out more, so we delved a little deeper into the results of the research to understand exactly what our customers liked about our electronic proof of delivery software and how they were gaining value from it.
Our customers told us that they are very satisfied with the capabilities of fleXipod, which goes far beyond simply collecting proof of delivery data. In fact, over 88% said that the functionality provided by the software was either excellent or good. They went on to outline some of the ways it is helping streamline their real-time operational processes. This included improved communication between office-based staff, mobile teams and third-parties, with delivery or field service operatives able to effectively raise any issues encountered, while customers can be sent frequent and timely delivery updates.
fleXipod is also helping our customers achieve a range of benefits by providing greater visibility of their mobile workforces. The ability to remotely monitor and manage deliveries and jobs, while efficiently gathering additional information (using image capture and electronic forms), has enabled 73% to boost their service levels. Meanwhile, the removal of on-site paperwork is not only making it easier for field-based teams, but reducing admin back in the office by removing manual data entry and providing immediate access to details electronically. This is also reducing the burden on customer service staff by simplifying dispute resolution and lowering inbound call volumes.
According to our customers, fleXipod is easy to adopt and use. Over 70% when asked said the software was either extremely or moderately simple to implement when compared to other systems in the marketplace. Our proven process – incorporating set-up, configuration, training, integration tools and ongoing support – is both quick and simple, enabling customers to achieve improvements and return on investment as soon as possible. Furthermore, 100% of respondents to our survey felt that the fleXipod application was easily adopted by their mobile workers.
