One Stop, which operates more than 500 neighbourhood stores throughout England and Wales, has selected Paragon’s Route Execution software, complete with Navman Wireless vehicle tracking, as part of a system upgrade to increase operational efficiency throughout its UK distribution operation.
As an existing Paragon user One Stop saw the value of upgrading its Paragon solution to feature Route Execution. “The decision was an easy one,” comments David Scott, One Stop’s Head of Distribution. “We were looking for a complete solution that would enable us not just to track our vehicles but to monitor performance against the plan, both in real time and for end of day reporting purposes.
