TRACKER Network has boosted the performance of its mobile engineering service operations by using Paragon routing software.
Owned by RBS Insurance, TRACKER Network is the UK’s leading vehicle tracking and vehicle theft recovery company. Its TRACKER system is the only stolen recovery solution used by all police forces throughout the UK. Working with the police, TRACKER has recovered almost 20,000 stolen vehicles worth over £400 million. TRACKER’s engineers operate from their own homes and have their own service regions, with the latest version of Paragon managing and optimising the weekly routing and scheduling of all installation jobs.
“We have seen a significant performance improvement in the way Paragon routing software helps the service team to schedule installations. The routing performance has increased and we have also been able to automate the allotment for lunch breaks and administration,” says Daren White, Senior Analyst Programmer, TRACKER Network.
Paragon routing software integrates with TRACKER’s installation booking system and will shortly also take a feed from TRACKER’s multi award winning Vehicle Tracking System (TRACKER Reporter). Once installation dates are confirmed, the software creates the weekly routes and schedules for the engineers.
“Paragon is an excellent product for our scheduling needs. The new routing software has improved performance considerably and we rely on it to help us provide great service to our customers. The software makes it easy to arrange and book installations and provide accurate schedules to our engineers,” says Daren White.
