Over the coming weeks we will be sharing details of some of these new features we’re adding to our electronic proof of delivery software, beginning with a new advanced search filter for the overview screen.
We are making some improvements to the current overview screen to make the real-time data feed more manageable and to allow quicker identification of problems. The new search filter allows central staff to quickly highlight exceptions based on your business specific criteria -particularly useful for organisations with large numbers of vehicles located over various depots.
The new search filter allows your central staff to rapidly evaluate the real-time information feed from the fleXipod electronic proof of delivery app. Using the variety of filter options,your staff can rapidly identify jobs that fall outside of your optimal delivery scenario and take immediate action to resolve the issue, ensuring your delivery operation runs smoothly throughout the day.
The new functionality allows you to filter the overview screen data using three main criteria:
These advanced filter options will be modifiable by individual user requirements and, to save administration time, a user’s last search will be saved so that it is present the next time the page is loaded.
The new search filter is just one of many new features available in the next release of the fleXipod electronic proof of delivery software.
