Specialist provider of home healthcare services, Clinovia, has purchased Paragon’s routing and scheduling software, including Route Execution, to schedule and monitor its 50-strong vehicle fleet located at four bases across the UK delivering a wide range of medical supplies to patients’ homes.
With central planning carried out at Clinovia’s Harlow head office, additional Paragon screens located at the company’s outbases give its transport management team the combined benefit of centralised planning and local visibility and control.
“Using Route Execution linked with tracking technology provided by Masternaut, Clinovia will be able to monitor actual vehicle movements against the plan for the day,” confirms Charles Nockold marketing and business development director, Paragon, “as well as benefiting from the range of detailed planned versus actual reporting capabilities which Route Execution has to offer”.
