If you use multiple delivery modes and carriers to fulfill your home delivery orders, you still want to be able to offer cost-effective and achievable delivery windows at the point of purchase.
The Aptean Home Delivery Fulfilment Channel Manager module lets you do this by automatically selecting the mode and carrier that will meet the requested home delivery service level at the lowest cost. The software reviews order parameters, and then determines how best to meet the requirement, based on a set of configurable rules.
Immediately offer customers feasible delivery windows
Order information is fed into Aptean Home Delivery Core. Delivery window options are then fed back with split-second response times via your web interface for the customer or service agent to choose from.
Select the right delivery partner
For orders with special requirements, such as heavy deliveries or in-home installation, the system considers only couriers that match the requested home delivery service.
Route orders to chosen courier for delivery and tracking
This requires use of the Aptean Home Delivery Parcel, Pack and Dispatch module.
